Breakfast Ice Cream Sandwiches
My breakfast ice cream sandwiches are just 5 ingredients, super high in protein & 🔥!

Servings 3 ice cream sandwiches
- 16 oz. yogurt tub of choice
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2-3 T plant-based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5-6 chewy protein bars
Combine all ingredients, minus the protein bars and freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
Flatten the protein bars between two pieces of parchment paper. The bars should be 1/4” thick.
Take a 3-4” round cookie cutter and cut 6 circles.
Using a bread knife, slice the carton of frozen yogurt into 3 equal pieces and assemble each cookie as shown.
Store tightly-wrapped in the freezer
