For the Pasta:
- Fettuccine of choice
- 1 cup Raw Cashews boiled in water/broth and drained/rinsed
- 1 1/4 cup Water or Broth
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Tahini
- 2 tsp Matcha
- 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2-1 Lemon freshly juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
For the Garnish:
- Almond Parmesan 50:50 Raw Almonds:Nutritional Yeast
- Black sesame seeds
- Edible flowers
Boil the linguine in salted water until al dente.
In a separate pot, boil the cashews for 20-25 minutes, until soft enough to squish a cashew with a spoon.
Combine all ingredients, minus the fettuccine, ingredients in a food processor, until creamy. Season to taste.
Fold the sauce into the pasta and top with almond parmesan, black sesame seeds & edible flowers. Enjoy!
