5-Minute Spicy Salmon Lettuce Wraps
Tinned fish is just amazing and this no-cook, 5-minute lunch recipe is even better!
- 1 can Salmon boneless & skinless
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 1/3 tbsp Coconut Aminos plus more for dipping
- 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- Smoked Paprika S&P, to taste
- Lime Juice optional, to taste
- 1 3" Piece of Scallion sliced
- 1/2 Chili Pepper diced
- 1/2 cup Red/Orange/Yellow Bell Pepper diced
- Butter Lettuce
- Sesame Seeds for garnish
Combine all ingredients, minus the lettuce & garnishes, into a bowl.
Season to taste.
Fill the lettuce cups & garnish.
If making for meal prep, store the salmon mixture separately from the lettuce.
