She collaborates with top trainers and nutritionists to design custom meal plans, always delivering dishes that are as photo-ready as they are plate-licking good.
Passionate about food access, Brooke founded a non-profit cooking program for inner-city children and families in Los Angeles and New York City, teaching how to create balanced, healthy meals on a budget.
Brooke is currently working on her debut cookbook, It’s Basically a Salad—a playful, health-forward guide to the way she really eats (and feeds her VIP clients). From elevated comfort food to viral veggie-packed favorites, every dish fits the vibe... because in Brooke’s world, it’s basically a salad.
