EatingNYC x Chef BAEgel Bites

They are only 2-ingredients, grain-free & dairy-free! It’s NYC meets LA meets lox compatibility.

For the BAEgel Bites:

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Yogurt unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup Everything Bagel or Cinnamon Sugar Seasoning

For the Dairy-Free Lox Spread:

  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Capers
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill plus extra for garnish
  • 3 large Slices of Lox
  • Caviar optional


  • In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour and yogurt.
  • Roll into 2 tbsp-sized balls and then into the seasoning mixture.
  • Bake on a lined sheet pan at 350°F for 15 minutes and then increase the temperature to 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
  • Chop the cream cheese ingredients together and add to a small bowl.
  • Top the dip with caviar and fresh dill. Enjoy!
