3-Ingredient French Toast Protein Crepes

The crepes that are all protein and zero guilt. Go ahead, eat 12.

Servings 3 servings yield: 12 crepes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 package trader joes egg wraps

Instructions
 

  • Combine almond milk, eggs & cinnamon.
  • Dunk 1 crepe into the French toast batter and sauté for 30-60 seconds on each side in a non-stick skillet.
  • Repeat this process with all crepes and top with fresh fruit, maple syrup & powdered stevia.
