Ingredients
CHICKPEA BLONDIES RECIPE👇🏼
- Cooking Spray
- 1 can 15 oz. chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup all natural peanut butter or almond butter
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ⅓ cup vegan chocolate chips plus 2 tablespoons
- Coarse sea salt for sprinkling
PALEO BLONDIES RECIPE👇🏼
- ¼ cup @justins natural unsalted creamy OR crunchy almond butter (depending on texture you want)
- ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 flax eggs or regular eggs
- ½ cup @bobsredmill finely ground almond flour
- ¾ cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate paleo chocolate chips
Instructions
CHICKPEA BLONDIES RECIPE👇🏼
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray 8×8 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a food processor, add all ingredients except chocolate chips and process until batter is smooth.
- Fold in 1/3 cup of chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and edges are a tiny bit brown.
- The batter may look underdone, but you don’t want them to dry out!
PALEO BLONDIES RECIPE👇🏼
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or greased foil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together, folding in almond flour last.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth batter into an even layer.
- Bake for 28-36 mins. Mine took about 30 minutes.
- Cool for 1-2 hours before enjoying.
