Healthy Brookie Cookie Baes

Ingredients
  

CHICKPEA BLONDIES RECIPE👇🏼

  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 can 15 oz. chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup all natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • cup vegan chocolate chips plus 2 tablespoons
  • Coarse sea salt for sprinkling

PALEO BLONDIES RECIPE👇🏼

  • ¼ cup @justins natural unsalted creamy OR crunchy almond butter (depending on texture you want)
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 flax eggs or regular eggs
  • ½ cup @bobsredmill finely ground almond flour
  • ¾ cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate paleo chocolate chips

Instructions
 

CHICKPEA BLONDIES RECIPE👇🏼

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and spray 8×8 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a food processor, add all ingredients except chocolate chips and process until batter is smooth.
  • Fold in 1/3 cup of chocolate chips.
  • Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and edges are a tiny bit brown.
  • The batter may look underdone, but you don’t want them to dry out!

PALEO BLONDIES RECIPE👇🏼

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or greased foil.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together, folding in almond flour last.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into pan and smooth batter into an even layer.
  • Bake for 28-36 mins. Mine took about 30 minutes.
  • Cool for 1-2 hours before enjoying.
