PB&J Smoothie

This PB&J Smoothie is full of protein, healthy fats & fiber, but tastes like a gooey peanut butter & jelly sandwich.

Ingredients
  

For the PB Portion:

  • 1 tbsp Drippy Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower Rice
  • Plant-Based Milk to blend

For the Jelly Portion:

  • 1/4 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 3 tbsp Blueberry Muffin Protein Powder
  • Plant-Based Milk to blend

For the Garnish:

  • Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
  • Peanuts chopped
  • Wild Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Blend the peanut butter smoothie and jelly smoothies separately.
  • In a chilled glass, add the blueberry smoothie, then top it with the peanut butter smoothie.
  • Garnish with unsweetened coconut yogurt, chopped peanuts & wild blueberries. Enjoy!
