PB&J Smoothie
This PB&J Smoothie is full of protein, healthy fats & fiber, but tastes like a gooey peanut butter & jelly sandwich.
Ingredients
For the PB Portion:
- 1 tbsp Drippy Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower Rice
- Plant-Based Milk to blend
For the Jelly Portion:
- 1/4 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
- 1/2 Banana
- 3 tbsp Blueberry Muffin Protein Powder
- Plant-Based Milk to blend
For the Garnish:
- Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
- Peanuts chopped
- Wild Blueberries
Instructions
- Blend the peanut butter smoothie and jelly smoothies separately.
- In a chilled glass, add the blueberry smoothie, then top it with the peanut butter smoothie.
- Garnish with unsweetened coconut yogurt, chopped peanuts & wild blueberries. Enjoy!
