Ingredients

ripe Bananas
6
room temp egg whites
2
scoops vanilla protein powder
Splash of vanilla extract
optional
Blueberries
Instructions
Mash banana and whisk in protein powder and vanilla,
if using. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in banana mixture into the egg whites.
Cook on a greased skillet on medium heat, adding blueberries before flipping half-way through.
Add the Use a lid for more even cooking. Enjoy!
