Protein & Energy Chocolate Bites
My protein + energy bites are like healthy brownie batter, only better!

- 32 mejdool dates pitted (I used @Joolies dates)
- 2 cups strong coffee
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 cups other nuts of choice I used @hukitchen chocolate almonds
- 1 cup cacao
- 1/4 chia seeds
- Pinch of sea salt
Soak dates in freshly-brewed warm coffee for 15 minutes.
Blend until smooth with 3 tablespoons of the coffee.
Add remaining ingredients and form into tablespoon-size balls.
Chill for an hour.
Store in the fridge tightly sealed for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
