Ingredients

eggs

cup
favorite sautéed veggies
1/2
cup
favorite sautéed protein
I love chicken sausage or smoked salmon
Sea salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Whisk the eggs and divide among 6 greased muffin tins. Add toppings and bake ~15 minutes. Enjoy!
