Snickerdoodle Donuts (Grain & Sugar Free)

- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup Powdered Monk Fruit or Coconut Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Cultured Vegan Butter room temperature but not melted
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 2Â Eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Powdered Monk Fruit or Stevia & Cinnamon for coating
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a non-stick 12 donut pan*.
Cream the cultured vegan butter and sugar of choice, until light in color and fluffy.
In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut flour, sugar of choice, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Whisk in the wet ingredients.
Transfer the batter evenly into the donut cavities, filling them 3/4 of the way. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool completely before gently removing the donuts from the pan.
Coat each donut in the cinnamon sugar mixture.** Enjoy!
