Snickerdoodle Donuts (Grain & Sugar Free)

These donuts have ZERO sugar, 1.4g net carbs per donut & taste like a cinnamon snickerdoodle dream.

  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Monk Fruit or Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup Cultured Vegan Butter room temperature but not melted
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 2 Eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Powdered Monk Fruit or Stevia & Cinnamon for coating


  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a non-stick 12 donut pan*.
  • Cream the cultured vegan butter and sugar of choice, until light in color and fluffy.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut flour, sugar of choice, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  • Whisk in the wet ingredients.
  • Transfer the batter evenly into the donut cavities, filling them 3/4 of the way. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely before gently removing the donuts from the pan.
  • Coat each donut in the cinnamon sugar mixture.** Enjoy!
