Matcha Collagen Bites
My Matcha Collagen Bites are one of my favorite ways get in my daily collagen & the added chia seeds for fiber and plant-based protein makes them *chef’s kiss*
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds plus extra for rolling
- 2/3 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1/2 cup Raw Honey or Agave
- 1/2 cup Matcha
- 2 tbsp Collagen Peptides
- 2 tbsp Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder favorite linked below*
- 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut for rolling
Mix the rolled oats, chia seeds, sunflower seed butter, honey, matcha powder, collagen peptides, and vanilla protein powder together until smooth.
Roll each energy bite into a ball by hand.Roll each ball in the shredded coconut until evenly coated.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
