Matcha Collagen Bites

My Matcha Collagen Bites are one of my favorite ways get in my daily collagen & the added chia seeds for fiber and plant-based protein makes them *chef’s kiss*

Servings 15 Bites


  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds plus extra for rolling
  • 2/3 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 1/2 cup Raw Honey or Agave
  • 1/2 cup Matcha
  • 2 tbsp Collagen Peptides
  • 2 tbsp Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder favorite linked below*
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut for rolling


  • Mix the rolled oats, chia seeds, sunflower seed butter, honey, matcha powder, collagen peptides, and vanilla protein powder together until smooth.
  • Roll each energy bite into a ball by hand.Roll each ball in the shredded coconut until evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
