Farmers Market Tzatziki Platter
Chef Bae & Dini Klein created the ten-minute summer app the other apps tell you not to worry about.
For the Tzatziki Dip:
- 1 1/2 cups Cucumber finely chopped
- 1 ½ cups Unsweetened Dairy-Free or Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh Mint, Fresh Dill & Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
For the Garnish:
- Purslane, Sunflower Seeds, Edible Violas, Wild Oregano, Flaky Salt & A Drizzle of Good Olive Oil
For the Board:
- Small Rainbow Carrots, Pattypan Squash, Finger Radish & Golden Beets
