Farmers Market Tzatziki Platter

Chef Bae & Dini Klein created the ten-minute summer app the other apps tell you not to worry about.

For the Tzatziki Dip:

  • 1 1/2 cups Cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups Unsweetened Dairy-Free or Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint, Fresh Dill & Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

For the Garnish:

  • Purslane, Sunflower Seeds, Edible Violas, Wild Oregano, Flaky Salt & A Drizzle of Good Olive Oil

For the Board:

  • Small Rainbow Carrots, Pattypan Squash, Finger Radish & Golden Beets


  • Combine the tzatziki ingredients. Adjust the seasonings to taste. Top with the garnished and decorate the board with the crudité. The possibilities are endless and the board doesn't need to be complicated to impress!
