5-Ingredient Pumpkin Pie Froyo

- For the No-Churn Frozen Yogurt:
- 2 cups unsweetened dairy-free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Crumble:
- Catalina Crunch vanilla cookies
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbs coconut cream
In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin frozen yogurt ingredients. Freeze while preparing the crumble.
Mash the cookies in a plastic bag and add the coconut cream and pumpkin pie spice.
Taste test because it’s delicious.
Make parfaits with crumble, pumpkin fro yo, more crumble and coconut whipped cream. If you’re feeling fancy, top with additional pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
