5-Ingredient Pumpkin Pie Froyo

These froyo cups have 30g of plant-based protein per serving & of course, are #GF #plantbased & #rsf

  • For the No-Churn Frozen Yogurt:
  • 2 cups unsweetened dairy-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Crumble:

  • Catalina Crunch vanilla cookies
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbs coconut cream

For the Topping:

  • Coconut whipped cream


  • In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin frozen yogurt ingredients. Freeze while preparing the crumble.
  • Mash the cookies in a plastic bag and add the coconut cream and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Taste test because it’s delicious.
  • Make parfaits with crumble, pumpkin fro yo, more crumble and coconut whipped cream. If you’re feeling fancy, top with additional pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
