5-Ingredient Pumpkin Pie Froyo
These froyo cups have 30g of plant-based protein per serving & of course, are #GF #plantbased & #rsf
Ingredients
- For the No-Churn Frozen Yogurt:
- 2 cups unsweetened dairy-free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Crumble:
- Catalina Crunch vanilla cookies
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbs coconut cream
For the Topping:
- Coconut whipped cream
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin frozen yogurt ingredients. Freeze while preparing the crumble.
- Mash the cookies in a plastic bag and add the coconut cream and pumpkin pie spice.
- Taste test because it’s delicious.
- Make parfaits with crumble, pumpkin fro yo, more crumble and coconut whipped cream. If you’re feeling fancy, top with additional pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
