For the French Toast Crêpes:
- 1 Package Egg White Wraps
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Plant-Based Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch Sea Salt
- Avocado Oil Spray
For the Maple Coconut Whipped Cream:
- 1/4 cup Coconut Cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Maple Syrup & Fresh Fruit for topping
Preheat a skillet to medium heat and spray with avocado oil.
Whisk the crêpe batter ingredients in a shallow bowl.
Coat each egg white crêpe in completely in the batter.
Cook the crepes for a few minutes on each side, until lightly golden brown, but not crispy.
Whisk together the maple coconut whipped cream mixture (if you whisk the mixture in a bowl over a separate bowl of ice, it holds together better).
Plate the French toast crêpes, top with whipped cream, maple syrup & fresh fruit. Enjoy!
