5-Ingredient French Toast Crêpes

For the French Toast Crêpes:

  • 1 Package Egg White Wraps
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Plant-Based Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • Avocado Oil Spray

For the Maple Coconut Whipped Cream:

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Maple Syrup & Fresh Fruit for topping


  • Preheat a skillet to medium heat and spray with avocado oil.
  • Whisk the crêpe batter ingredients in a shallow bowl.
  • Coat each egg white crêpe in completely in the batter.
  • Cook the crepes for a few minutes on each side, until lightly golden brown, but not crispy.
  • Whisk together the maple coconut whipped cream mixture (if you whisk the mixture in a bowl over a separate bowl of ice, it holds together better).
  • Plate the French toast crêpes, top with whipped cream, maple syrup & fresh fruit. Enjoy!
