EatingNYC x Chef BAEgel Bites

For the BAEgel Bites:
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 cup Dairy-Free Yogurt unsweetened
- 1/3 cup Everything Bagel or Cinnamon Sugar Seasoning
For the Dairy-Free Lox Spread:
- 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Capers
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill plus extra for garnish
- 3 large Slices of Lox
- Caviar optional
In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour and yogurt.
Roll into 2 tbsp-sized balls and then into the seasoning mixture.
Bake on a lined sheet pan at 350°F for 15 minutes and then increase the temperature to 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
Chop the cream cheese ingredients together and add to a small bowl.
Top the dip with caviar and fresh dill. Enjoy!
