Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Tahini Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 T cocoa powder
  • 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 3 T virgin coconut oil
  • 1T + 3T tahini
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar + 1T for tahini swirl on top
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • small pinch of sea salt
  • 1 T vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil.
  • Fold in remaining ingredients, adding in the eggs last (so the hot chocolate doesn’t cook the eggs)
  • Bake at 325 F for ~12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
