Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Tahini Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3 T virgin coconut oil
- 1T + 3T tahini
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar + 1T for tahini swirl on top
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- small pinch of sea salt
- 1 T vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil.
- Fold in remaining ingredients, adding in the eggs last (so the hot chocolate doesn’t cook the eggs)
- Bake at 325 F for ~12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
