Drunken-Style Kelp Noodles
When LA meets the UK! Natalia Rudin visited and we collaborated on the best plant-based kelp noodle dish. The drunken noodle-style sauce is a perfect mix of umami, heat & zest. Plus, kelp noodles are a great low-calorie pasta option. An entire bag of these noodles is only 10 calories! For added protein, tofu, egg or ground chicken are fantastic.
Ingredients
- 7 oz Kelp Noodles drained & rinsed
