Healthy Grain-Free CinnyBAEs
Ditch your morning pancakes and waffles and make my healthy, grain-free CinnyBAEs. They are #paleo #highprotein & only SIX ingredients using the #simplemills almond flour bread mix (not an ad, just an awesome product)! #ITKWCB #ChefBae
Ingredients
- 1 box Simple Mills Almond Flour Baking Mix
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 eggs beaten
- ½ cup water plus an additional Tbsp if batter is not too thick to scoop into muffin pan
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- For the Streusel Topping:
- 1-2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Combine baking mix, water and coconut sugar.
- Divide batter into 6 muffin pans.
- Combine topping ingredients and swirl evenly over the top of the batter.
- Bake for ~12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- You can add additional streusel topping to add once the CinnyBAEs are warm directly out of the oven.
