Healthy Grain-Free CinnyBAEs

Ditch your morning pancakes and waffles and make my healthy, grain-free CinnyBAEs. They are #paleo #highprotein & only SIX ingredients using the #simplemills almond flour bread mix (not an ad, just an awesome product)! #ITKWCB #ChefBae

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Simple Mills Almond Flour Baking Mix
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup water plus an additional Tbsp if batter is not too thick to scoop into muffin pan
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • For the Streusel Topping:
  • 1-2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F.
  • Combine baking mix, water and coconut sugar.
  • Divide batter into 6 muffin pans.
  • Combine topping ingredients and swirl evenly over the top of the batter.
  • Bake for ~12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • You can add additional streusel topping to add once the CinnyBAEs are warm directly out of the oven.
