Snickerdoodle Donuts (Grain & Sugar Free)
These donuts have ZERO sugar, 1.4g net carbs per donut & taste like a cinnamon snickerdoodle dream.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup Powdered Monk Fruit or Coconut Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Cultured Vegan Butter room temperature but not melted
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 2 Eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Powdered Monk Fruit or Stevia & Cinnamon for coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a non-stick 12 donut pan*.
- Cream the cultured vegan butter and sugar of choice, until light in color and fluffy.
- In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut flour, sugar of choice, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Whisk in the wet ingredients.
- Transfer the batter evenly into the donut cavities, filling them 3/4 of the way. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely before gently removing the donuts from the pan.
- Coat each donut in the cinnamon sugar mixture.** Enjoy!
