High-Protein Egg Bites

These High-Protein Egg Bites are always a staple for my on-the-go clients (& me)!

Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes
Servings 2 Egg Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup favorite sautéed veggies
  • 1/2 cup favorite sautéed protein I love chicken sausage or smoked salmon
  • Sea salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Whisk the eggs and divide among 6 greased muffin tins. Add toppings and bake ~15 minutes. Enjoy!
