Matcha Collagen Bites
My Matcha Collagen Bites are one of my favorite ways get in my daily collagen & the added chia seeds for fiber and plant-based protein makes them *chef’s kiss*
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds plus extra for rolling
- 2/3 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1/2 cup Raw Honey or Agave
- 1/2 cup Matcha
- 2 tbsp Collagen Peptides
- 2 tbsp Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder favorite linked below*
- 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut for rolling
Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats, chia seeds, sunflower seed butter, honey, matcha powder, collagen peptides, and vanilla protein powder together until smooth.
- Roll each energy bite into a ball by hand.Roll each ball in the shredded coconut until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
